At Craftastic, we can personalize almost anything you have in mind. Popular options include hoodies, T-shirts, mugs, hats, tote bags, and more. Tell us about your idea, and we’ll help bring it to life!
How does the customization process work?
First, tell us what item you would like to customize and share your design idea. If you already have a print-ready design, that’s great! If not, we can help create or improve one for you.
Before production begins, we’ll email you a digital preview of your customized product. You can request up to two adjustments, or approve the design for production. This helps make sure your order turns out exactly as you imagined.
How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Production usually takes 1–3 business days. Timing may vary depending on the quantity ordered and the availability of the item. Shipping time is arranged separately and will be confirmed with you.
Can I see a preview before my order is finalized?
Absolutely! Before your item goes into production, we’ll send a digital preview to your email for approval. You can request adjustments before we begin.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
We want you to love your final product. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order. Send us photos of the item and tell us what happened. We’ll review the issue and work with you on the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved design.
Can I use my own design or logo?
Yes! You’re welcome to use your own design, logo, or idea. If needed, we can also help improve your design or create a new one for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-Transfers and cash payments. Payment details will be confirmed when you place your order.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, we can ship across Canada. To provide the most convenient option, we arrange shipping directly with each customer. We can use trusted carriers such as Purolator, Canada Post, and others.
Shipping costs and delivery details will be confirmed before your order is sent. Payment on delivery may also be available, depending on the shipping method and location.
